Installing Theme via WordPress interface

Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Themes
-
Click on Add New
-
Search for the Yaatra Theme.

Click on Install and activate the theme
Installing Theme Offline
-
Download a Copy of Yaatra Theme from WordPress or our site.
-
You'll get 'Yaatra.zip' file save it in your storage.
-
Go to Dashboard > Themes > Click on Add New
-
Click on Upload Theme button.
-
Browse for the theme you've have downloaded.
-
Click on Install and Activate the theme.
Installation Via FTP/Cpanel

Download a Copy of Yaatra Theme from WordPress or our site.

Now Connect the FTP server using the FTP details and copy the extracted folder to 'site-name/wp-content/themes/' path.

Now, go to the Dashboard >> Appearance > Themes.
-
You will see the Yaatra theme in the theme dashboard.

Activate the Yaatra theme.

Click on Dashboard >> Appearance >> customize for further setup.
Installing Theme via the WordPress Interface Pro Version

Buy Yaatra Pro Theme and save the downloaded theme zip file on your hard drive.
-
Yaatra Pro comes in the zip file.

Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Themes >> Add New.

Click on Upload Theme button at the top and browse the Yaatra-pro.zip file from the extracted/unzipped in your computer file location.

Click on Install and activate the theme.

Click on Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize, for further setup.
Installation via FTP/CpanelPro Version

Buy Yaatra Pro Theme and save the downloaded theme zip file on your hard drive.

Yaatra Pro comes in the zip file.

Now, go to the Dashboard >> Appearance >> Themes.

You will see the Yaatra Pro theme in the theme dashboard.

Activate the Yaatra Pro theme.

Click on Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize for further setup.

Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> General Settings >> Site Identity.

Click on Select Logo for upload or change site logo from existing logo. ( preferred size for the logo is 300x50 ).

Enter Site Title and Tagline.

Checkbox option about site title and tagline display.

Click on Select Image for upload site icon.(preferred size for the site icon is 512x 512 pixels.)

Then, click on Save & Publish button.

Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> General Settings >> Colors.

Choose the theme color for your site from Theme Color option. From here you can choose limited template color for your site.

Then, click on Save & Publish button.

Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> General Settings >> Colors.

Choose the header color for your site from Header Text Color option. From here you can choose limited template color for your site.

Then, click on Save & Publish button.

Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> General Settings >> Background Image.

Click on Select Image button.

Upload or choose an image for website background. Once select image then visible many settings about background image.

Then, click on Save & Publish button.
Configure Homepage setting
At homepage template various widget area places to manage the different layout of block section. If you don't configure homepage template latest posts are displayed like an archive as default.
Create Home Page

Go to Dashboard >> Pages >> Add new.
-
Enter the title of the page.
-
Enter the contents of the page in the content area.
-
Select Home Page as a page template from Template drop-down option.
-
Click on Publish/Update button.
Configure Featured Home Page as a Front Page.
- Go to Dashboard > Settings > Reading.
- Inside the Front page, displays set the option to A static page and choose the page you created using Home Page page template from the Front Page drop-down list.
- Once done, Click on Save Changes button.
Configure Blog as a Front Page
- Configure blogs as a front page
- Go to Dashboard > Settings > Reading
- Inside the Front page, displays set the option to Your latest posts.
- Set the no. of posts to display on your front page in Blog pages show at most option.
- Once done, Click on Save Changes button.

Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> General Settings >>Site Settings.

Choose layout for entire website from the dropdown option.
-
Click on the enable/disable preloader option to display Site Preloader.

If you enable site preloader, select the preloader type from the available option.

Click the enable/disable the option to display Wow Animation.
-
Then, click on Save & Publish button.
Before customizing the frontpage settings, configure a static home page.
Configure Slider Settings Pro Version
- Go to Appearance >> Customize >>Frontpage Settings>> Slider Settings.
- Choose On/Off option to control slider section at frontpage.
- If you enable slider section, choose type of content to slide from available options under Slider Type.
- Enter the slide title and slide content on the box.
- Next, add slide button text and slide button url on the box
- Tick the checkerbox to slide auto, display pager in slider, and to display controls in slider.
- Enter the slider pause time and slider speed time in the box.
- Click on Save & Publish Button.
Configure Banner Image/Title/Content
- Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Frontpage Settings>>Banner Settings.
- Choose On/Off option to control banner section at frontpage.
- Next, click on Select Image to add banner image.
- Add the Banner Title and Banner Info in the box.
- Add Banner Button Text and Banner Button Link in the box.
- Click on Save & Publish Button.
Configure Featured SectionPro Version
- Go to Appearance >> Customize >>Frontpage Settings>> Featured Section.
- Choose On/Off option to control feature section at frontpage.
- If you enable slider section, click on the Add Item to add the front feature item.
- Click on the Select Image to upload an item image.
- Next, add Item Title and required Item URL on the box.
- Click on Save & Publish Button.
Configure Sections LayoutsPro Version
- Go to Appearance >> Customize >>Frontpage Settings>> Sections Layouts.
- Choose a layout form the available options under the Slider Section Layout.
- Then, choose a layout form the available options under the Featured Section Layout.
- Drag and drop to rearrange the section layouts under Section Re-order.
- Click on Save & Publish Button.
Configure Archives Pages
Settings are effected on the archive, categories, search pages.
Configure Pages
- Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Design Settings >> Page Settings.
- Choose the suitable sidebar layout from available options under Page Sidebars.
- Then, Click on Save & Publish button.
Configure Posts
Configure 404 Pages.Pro Version
- Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Design Setting >> 404 Page Setting.
- Select the layout from the available option under the Page Layout.
- Click on the " Select Image" to add the Image.
- Now, add Page Headline on the box.
- Type the Page Content on the box.
- Enter the Page Button Text on the box.
- After that, copy paste the Page Button Link on the box.
- Click on the Save & Publish button.
We use repeater field to add unlimited social media icons.
- Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Additional Settings >> Social Media Section.
- Click on Add Icon button. A new Icon will be added.
- Open the newly added icon.
- Choose the suitable social icon under Social Media Logo.
- Enter your social media account URL at Social Icon Url text field.
- Then, Click on Save & Publish button.
Create BreadcrumbsPro Version
- Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Additional Settings >>Breadcrumb Settings.
- Choose On/Off option to control breadcrumb settings.
- Then, Click on Save & Publish button.
- Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Additional Settings >> Extra Features.
- Choose On/Off option to control sticky sidebar.
- Choose the Image Hover Type from the drop down options.
- Select the types of entey meta from avilable options under Entry Meta Type.
- Choose On/Off option to control scroll top button.
- Next, select the layout for Scroll Top fromthe available options.
- Then, Click on Save & Publish button.
Creating New Category
- Go to Dashboard >> Posts >> Categories
- Enter Category name at Name field.
- Enter the category slug if you need different from category name, but leave it as blank.
- Select the existing category from dropdown if you want to make child category, otherwise, leave it as None.
- Enter the category description if you needed.
- Click on Add New Category button.
Creating New Post
- Go to Dashboard >> Posts >> Add New
- Enter the post title and add the post content in the editor area.
- Choose the categories from lists and enter tags as you like.
- Choose the sidebar option from available lists which is more priority than customizer option.
- Select the featured image for the post.
- Click on Publish button.
Creating New Page
- Go to Dashboard >> Pages >> Add New
- Enter the page title and add the page content in the editor area.
- Choose the existing page if you want to create a child page, other wise leave it.
- Choose the available page template if you want.
- Choose the sidebar from available options.
- No need to add featured image for the page.
- Click on Publish button.
- Go to Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce>>Store Notice.
- Type your text on the box.
- Click on the checkerbox to enable store notice to show text about events on the site-wide
- Then, click on Save & Publish button.
- Go to Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce>> Product Catalog.
- Select the shop page display, catagory display and default product sorting from the drop down option.
- Then, click on Save & Publish button.
- Go to Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce>> Product Catalog.
- Add the main image width and thumbnail width from the drop down option.
- Choose the thumbnail cropping from the given option.
- Then, click on Save & Publish button.
These options let you change the appearance of the Woocommerce checkout.
- Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Woocommerce>> Product Catalog.
- Select the company name field, address line field 2 and phone field from the drop down option.
- Then select the privacy policy page and terms and condition page from the drop down option.
The privacy policy ppage and terms and condition page msut be pre-made.
- Optionally add privacy policy text under Privacy Policy.
- Optionally add terms and condition under Terms and Condition.
- Check out the box to high light required field with an asterisk.
- Then, click on Save & Publish button.
